Named in honour of former distillery owner Alexander Cowie, the AuwayAu of the title was his own distinctive insistence on distilling the whisky 2.81. Carrying on the tradition through the ages, this Mortlach 14 year old was then matured in bourbon and sherry casks before being bottled. Released exclusively to the Travel Retail market.
